4 generations of our families live, work, and play in PA. We are deeply committed to making Prince Albert proud. We are helping to create increased commercial services, more leisure opportunities, and venues for entertainment and business functions. All of this will help create more jobs, bring in major outside revenue to our city, and increase the overall wellbeing of all of Prince Albert’s people. And in The Yard, we’re making sure there’s easy access for everyone from anywhere in the city. We’ve already built in bus stops – all at our own cost.
Although the scope of our 3 developments is substantial, the planning is in place and is continually reviewed to keep any potential disruption to the absolute minimum. Our talented team has decades of experience with similar projects and has proven capable of always managing the situation to everyone’s benefit. We have quietly given back to our city for decades. Soon we will be twinning the highway at the southwest entrance to The Yard, and we’ll be twinning Marquis Road at the northeast entrance to keep traffic in town flowing smoothly – all at our own cost.

The Yard is located in the south-east quadrant of the city of Prince Albert, situated along the city center side of the CanAm Highway (Highway 3) and intersecting at Marquis Road.
Initial major construction started late in 2022 with the Holiday Inn Express. More started in 2023 and activity is ramping up even more in 2024. Each land parcel is privately owned (We have one left. Interested?). Most of the parcels are owned by local people. A few owned by folks from out of town. This means every owner has their own idea of when they want to get started with building on their own parcel.
Yes! There will be lots of open-air parking for all visitors. And don’t forget the bus stops we built already for easy access for anyone from anywhere in the city. And we’ve already started expanding our city’s famous Rotary Trail park right into The Yard. You won’t even need to take the car. You’ll be able to walk, run, and roll right into The Yard.

The Junction is located on the east side of Highway 2, just south of Prince Albert and at the junction where Highway 11 joins with Highway 2.
Initial construction on some parcels started in 2023. Each of the land parcels are privately owned (We have one parcel left for sale. Interested?). Most are owned by local people. A few are owned by folks from out of province. All of the parcel owners have different timeframes to start their projects. Some are planning to start late 2024, others in 2025.
Yes, there will be plenty of free parking available. And don’t forget the bus stops! With the extension of Prince Albert’s Rotary Trail park, right into The Yard (at own own cost), you won’t have to take the car!

The Country Residential District is located immediately east of the Junction Highway Commercial Development at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 2 south of Prince Albert. Look for the historic bridge. It’s just East from that landmark.
