General Questions

Our families have lived, worked, and played in PA for 4 generations. We are deeply committed to making Prince Albert proud. Through providing increased commercial services, expansions in leisure lifestyle amenities, and venues for entertainment and business functions, we will create many jobs, bring in major outside revenue, and increase the overall wellbeing of all of Prince Albert’s people, in significant ways.

Although the scope of our 3 developments is substantial, the planning is in place and is continually reviewed to keep any potential disruption to the absolute minimum. Our talented team has decades of experience with similar projects and has proven capable of always managing the situation to everyone’s benefit. We have quietly given back to our city for decades. Soon we will be twinning the highway at the southwest entrance to The Yard, and we’ll be twinning Marquis Road at the northeast entrance to keep traffic in town flowing smoothly – all at our own expense.

Questions About The Yard District

The Yard is located in the south-east quadrant of the city of Prince Albert, situated along the city center side of the CanAm Highway (Highway 3) and intersecting at Marquis Road.

We anticipate initial major construction to be completed by the end of 2023.

There will be ample open-air parking for all visitors.

Questions About The Junction District

The Junction is located on the east side of Highway 2, just south of Prince Albert and at the junction where Highway 11 joins with Highway 2.

We anticipate initial major construction to be completed in 2023. 

There will be plenty of free parking available.

Questions About The Country Residential District

Signature Developments would be happy to work with all established home building contractors in Prince Albert and the surrounding area.

The Country Residential District is located immediately east of the Junction Highway Commercial Development at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 2 south of Prince Albert.

We anticipate welcoming residents to the community starting in 2024.
