There are new opportunities in The Yard! Even though the season for building is winding down for Winter, there are some new opportunities in The Yard to get excited about. Directly west of the site of the proposed 4500 seat event center is a brand new four bay building ready and waiting for some new commercial tenants.  

This beautiful, bright building was built by a nice local couple with a long family history of doing business in Prince Albert. And they’re doing it again!

There’s a lot of bare earth still.  But the new hotel is about to open and this 4 bay commercial building is ready for tenants.  The aquatic and arenas rec center is in the background, looking on in anticipation.  Many more buildings will be going vertical in Spring and Summer of 2024.   Something to look forward to!   All building might be slowing down due to Winter’s onset but there are new opportunities in The Yard!
