Community BBQ Big Success!
The September 28th Community BBQ was a big success! Over 550 people came out and enjoyed hot dogs and hamburgers.
They laughed along with local comedy legend Kelly Taylor and tapped their feet while listening to Prince Albert’s own, The Project. We were so lucky to have such good entertainment.
Here’s a story about Kelly Taylor and how excited he was the the BBQ:
It was good to have lots of entertainment and food while people waited for their turn on the bus. 6 bus trips were made into The Yard, one right after the other, and every busy was filled to capacity!
Signature Developments Community BBQ was a big success in part because of how excited people were to join Rusty and hear all the details.
So many people found out things they didn’t know. There was a lot of positive feedback after each tour.

Rusty, Gord, Jayson and Kenny want to thank: PA Northern Buslines for giving us the Raiders bus and such a great driver, PA Exhibition for giving us use of 250 chairs, City of Prince Albert for giving us use of the stage and the Art Hauser, the Raiders for promoting our event at their pre-season games and sold out home opener, Lake Country Co-op for helping with the food, Lew Harrison from Beach Radio, Kelly Taylor, Ralph Boychuk and The Project, Danelle van Steelandt for organizing an excellent student volunteer photographer, Annika, Malcolm Jenkins for speaking on stage, and many more people!
