PA’s largest hotel opened in The Yard entertainment & business District on December 7th, 2023!  It’s a Holiday Inn Express.  People in Prince Albert and surrounding communities are very excited.  Their visiting family and friends will have more options.  Lots of people from the North regularly visit PA for amenities.  They need hotel rooms when they’re here.  Prince Albert has been very under supplied for hotel rooms.  This hotel will help address a big need for more rooms.

Signature Developments was lucky to pop in and get a tour! Our Facebook post that shows pictures of the inside has been shared over 210 times!  Word is spreading fast.  The Holiday Inn Express in The Yard District features a great lay out in the lobby area.  There are many sustainability features in the hotel including a filling station for water bottles. 

It also has a breakfast buffet area. 

A huge attraction will be the swimming pool and hot tub. 

The water slide has its own splash down area separate from the pool! 

PA’s largest hotel opened in The Yard has a big advantage.  It’s within walking distance to the Rec Centre that is being built right now.  It’s an even shorter walk to the site of the proposed Event Centre.  If families come for the Aquatic & Arenas Rec Centre and they stay at the hotel, they can just walk.  Someday, when the city decides to build the major event centre, it will be the same.  Families, teams, and groups that stay at the hotel can just walk to the many national arts and sports competitions, tradeshows and entertainment events we’ll be able to host.
