Ronald McDonald House Coming to PA

Our community is very excited that a Ronald McDonald House is coming to PA.  This is a big deal in a small city like ours.  Saskatoon has one Ronald McDonald house and a population of over 300,000 people.  PA’s populations is almost a tenth of that at just 39,000 people.  Now we will have a Ronald McDonald House as well.

LONG LIST OF POSITIVE DEVELOPMENTS

This positive development in our city joins a long list of positive developments about to kick off.  All of these positive developments in our small city will have a very big impact with more good jobs and more visitors.

REASONS

One of the major reasons that Ronald McDonald House is coming to PA is that a big need was identified.  A second reason is because Lake Country Co-op, a leading community partner in our city, has generously donated land.  The land is a half block away from the hospital.  It is perfectly situated in our Hospital District that is starting to take shape.  This news article by Derek Craddock of PANow talks about the need, Lake Country Co-op’s generous donation, and the location in proximity to the hospital:

A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES

There are lots of positive developments that will be unfolding in Prince Albert all at once to advance our community and to support our residents and visitors from the entire top half of the province.  A lot of opportunities and good things are starting to unfold in our small city.   One positive development at a time, we get better and better.
